Shipping Information

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most of our orders are shipped within 5 business days after the customer confirms the design. This includes most USB flash drive models, baseball caps, and other products. Custom apparel products may take more time due to sizing differences. Our customer service staff will notify you in advance. Please check your email promptly to ensure you receive the design and our notification in time.

Do I  need to pay for shipping?

You don't need to pay extra for shipping. All product prices already include shipping costs. One difference, however, is that orders under $99 will be free standard shipping service and the turnaround time will be 7 to 14 business days, depending on the shipping address. If you need rush shipping service, there is an additional $25 expedited fee for under $99 orders. All of our orders over $99 are rush shipping service by default and you do not have to pay extra for this.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Whether you need standard shipping services or rush shipping services, you can track your order online. We will notify you of the tracking number by email, and you can track your package on DHL, UPS, FEDEX or other websites. You can also log in to our website and see the tracking number and shipping status in your order history.

Do I need to pay tax and help custom clearance?

Yes. Different countries and regions have different regulations and laws that we cannot be informed of, nor can we contact the local customs office. We need your help with customs clearance. Sometimes you need to provide some supporting documents, such as VAT and tax number.
Please note that for some regions the starting amount of import duty also varies and you may be required to pay additional import duty and customs clearance fees. Please note that our prices do not include customs clearance fees and import duties. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact our customer service.
